I am a man and I went in because my sagging eyes were bothering me, but the consultation reservations were a bit backed up so I had to wait about 3 weeks before going. First I talked with the consultation manager, and after a little while I got to consult with the director, who helped me set the line nicely during the consultation and listened well when I asked questions about what I was curious about.
