Even when I made a reservation, there was always a wait, which was disappointing. The consultation staff recommended forehead and glabella Botox, but when I actually sat on the treatment chair, the doctor said to think again and said my face was not one that needed forehead and glabella Botox. The time I spent waiting while consulting with the staff felt so wasted. It seemed meaningless. So after consulting with the doctor, I just got the jaw Botox I always get and left.
