I went to a single-doctor clinic specializing in posterior and lower canthoplasty. The director had a sharp and precise vibe, but after looking at my eye structure, he said there wouldn’t be a dramatic effect and really scared me by saying the side effects can be severe. Maybe because of that, after surgery there was less swelling than I expected and the bruising wasn’t severe either. My biggest worry with canthoplasty was that it might go back up, but it’s been over a year and it’s still fine. He’s very skilled.
