I had my first eye surgery 3 years ago with a student-exam discount, and from right after surgery the line was uneven, and in the end the result was uneven too. When I said I wanted to see the director after the stitches were removed, they flatly refused and told me to come back after the swelling went down.. At that time I had only consulted and had surgery at this one place, but because the asymmetry was severe I had another eye revision surgery, and both the director and the consultation manager were unfriendly.
