People I know had it done here and everything turned out well, so I went for a consultation. The consultation wasn't bad, and they said we should use silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage (I think they do a good natural-looking line). If I hadn't wanted a 2-no-fit and had been thinking about silicone, I think I would have done it here.
