I went for a consultation about nose revision surgery, and because the director is not the talkative type, there was no unnecessary waste of time, which was fine. Since it was a revision surgery, they immediately understood the exact line I wanted and caught my intended direction well. There was no feeling of pressure either. I had already gone to about 3 other places before this, and it was surprising that this was the only place that said they would not use nasal packing. I know the director has a long career, and that made it feel like they were a true expert!!
