I had fat grafting 4 years ago, but the cheek area had become lumpy, so I went back. They said to wait and it would go away, and that if it stayed a long time it would disappear naturally. But it is still the same, so when I called and said it was still the same even after waiting a long time, they said the patient records were old so it would take a while to find them and asked me to wait a little longer. Now it has been a month with no contact. They clearly will not call me back, so I guess I need to call again.
