The director seemed very confident and had their own standards. However, it felt more like they were explaining by intuition rather than saying exactly how many millimeters or what materials they would use. After reading posts in another community about several people whose noses became crooked or had problems after surgery, I was a bit hesitant. After the consultation, I felt less worried, but the fact that there is no anesthesiologist still bothers me.
