I had nose surgery here a few years ago, and if you want something natural, I recommend it. After the surgery, no one at all noticed, and only one person asked if I had lost weight haha. After thinking about it for a long time, I eventually decided to get revision surgery somewhere else. Because I went for a natural look, the line is not especially pretty, and when I got a CT scan somewhere else, they said the silicone had been inserted slightly crooked. You could not tell with the naked eye, so I did not know.
