I had nose surgery two years ago, and I did not get silicone implanted separately, so there was no dramatic change, but the hump nose that had been my complex was covered up a lot, which made me very happy. Whenever I take photos, I only end up showing my side profile. Now that it has been about two years, the swelling has gone down a lot, and maybe because they shaved down the hump area, it has become a bit lower, but people around me all say my nose is pretty and do not even know I had surgery, so I am satisfied.
