The director was earnest in the consultation and spoke clearly. I wanted to ask more detailed questions, but since it’s an expert area, rather than going into fine detail they prefer to talk in broad terms and give the conclusion. If the improvement is clear, I want to go ahead with surgery, and if it isn’t clear, it seems like they won’t do it.
