I had revision surgery using the septal cartilage + ear cartilage from the previous surgery. The tip of my nose was resorbed and a beak deformity developed, so I had revision surgery, but the columella disappeared and my nose became slightly crooked. The shape is not that strange, so I was planning not to have another revision, but now the tip is also becoming visible through the skin, so I am planning another revision somewhere else.
