The manager was really kind, but the wait in front was quite long, and the director kept answering in such a dry, maybe even indifferent way, that I was a little taken aback. I know the director is an authority in the functional nose field, but he seemed a bit tired, so I also did not end up being very enthusiastic about the consultation.
