If you're in your 20s and money is no object, I recommend Thermage. They said my skin was thin so I did it, but it only changed things very slightly. You have to think of it like putting money into a savings account. My expectations for surgery were low, but the biggest reason was that because I did it under sedation, they just squeezed in the Rejuran without any embossing at once. I heard that makes the effect weaker, but still, Thermage seemed more thorough than other places? I was very swollen.
