I had the surgery from a male doctor, and it was full-face fat grafting except for the forehead. I paid the full price without any discount. Originally I was supposed to get a second round, but because of personal circumstances I only got the first one, so by around 4 months it had all gone down. It doesn't return completely to how it was before the fat grafting, but it does keep some plumpness. Still, once it thinned out a bit, it went back to feeling empty. Haha. If I get it done again, this is a place I'd trust and go back to.
