Among all the hospitals I have consulted so far, this was the only one that recommended an out-line and piled on a bunch of additional procedures. They said that regardless of whether it suits you, out-line is the answer. Honestly, I just.. sigh.. If it does not suit you, why even get double eyelid surgery?
