I only had a consultation, but they explained everything kindly for 40 minutes for free, and they explained in detail how the surgery would go and what condition my eyes were in, which was nice. I also asked whether other areas would need surgery, and they told me not to do unnecessary parts, so I trust them. But some people say it looks too natural and gets loosened, so that part worries me.
