Both the doctor and the consultation manager were kind. When I first walked into the clinic entrance, I thought the building looked a bit old, but the interior was cleaner and better maintained than I expected. They said they pay a lot of attention to aftercare compared with other places, which gave me confidence. The consultation was done with paper charts, and instead of only before-and-after photos, they also had various celebrity eye photos? laminated and used those to compare with my eyes during the consultation. Compared with the other clinics I went to, this was the kindest and calmest, and they seemed to recommend things according to the balance of my face. Parking was in the basement, and they didn’t charge a consultation fee, only the parking fee.
