They explained the outside as well as the inside of my nose in a way that was easy to understand, one by one, and I liked that they didn't do reservation discounts just to get people to book. Using virtual surgery, I could compare one by one what results each option would produce, which was great. The only issue is that even though it's my first surgery, the cost is at the level of a revision, so I'm thinking about it..
