The doctor seems to prefer a natural look and only delivered exactly what I expected from the review. They used both ear cartilage and silicone. I was scared I might need a revision, but they said there was no way to get this height if they did not insert much in the first place, so I just went ahead with it.. I was discharged the same day. It has been 2 years.
