The moment I saw Director Cha Myung-gyu's surgery review, I felt it was the textbook example of a straight nose line, and it was so much my taste that I went straight in for a consultation. I also have a hooked nose, and he apparently has a ton of experience with hooked-nose surgery. My trust level shot up, and I really wanted to do it, but as a working adult I simply could not find the time, so I never got surgery. I was told I would need the septum, ear cartilage, and osteotomy.
