My eyes had a lot of visible scarring, but 6 months after surgery, there is now no scar at all. I went there for eye surgery, and the doctor looked at my overall facial balance too and was extremely thorough in the consultation. At the time I was in the middle of overdoing fillers on my face, and the doctor told me to stop because you do treatments to look better, not to make them obvious, so I ended up stopping fillers too.
