It has been 2 months since the surgery. For the first 1 to 2 months, the candy-like swelling would not go down, so my square jaw stood out for a while, but now it seems to have gone down a lot. I can open my mouth almost as much as before surgery, and I still have a slight tingling feeling at the tip of my chin, but my sensation is completely fine and I think this will disappear soon too. I can eat everything comfortably. My jaw has become much shorter, so now I can take photos comfortably from many angles, and I used to clench my teeth because I was always worried about my jaw, but that habit has improved a lot too. The swelling will keep going down, and I am looking forward to how it will look in another month. I am extremely satisfied with the surgery!
