The lower-eye procedure was a disaster. I thought it was simple and that it would cost more and have no side effects, but I ended up with a hollow under the eyes, worse vision, and dark circles, and I became depressed. Why did I do it here... I do not recommend it. I do not know about this surgery itself at other places, but I recommend searching carefully for side effects before getting it.
