The director was kind, but the desk staff talked loudly among themselves no matter whether there was someone sitting in front of them or not, and the consultation manager did not say the things I would have wanted to know in advance or explain the surgery first. They only answered quickly to the questions I asked and felt like they were just waiting for my questions. It seemed like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly. The doctor was kind and decent, but I did not like the staff, and I wondered whether the aftercare would be good.
