The director was so kind that I was satisfied with the consultation!! What I liked was that they showed me with their hands where things would shrink and how they would change if I had surgery, and they explained things in a lecture-like way during the consultation, so it was easy to understand! I was glad they explained every little question in detail! When putting down a deposit, I recommend only doing it once you are truly set on getting it done at Bondi, because refunds are difficult.
