The director explained everything one by one and the way they took care of things felt professional, which I liked. The price is quite expensive, and there is no discount. But the consultation manager asked only very personal questions and did not properly explain the surgery, so in the end I chose another hospital. They kept messaging me on KakaoTalk to tell me to go ahead with the surgery, and if it had not been for the manager, I would have done it here, but I think they need to retrain them. The director seemed proud and was nice.
