I am on the thin side, but I went while hesitating about whether to do it or not, and the manager gave me the feeling of pressuring me by saying something like there were already many surgeries scheduled, so I should do it quickly, which made me hesitate. Also, when talking about scars, unevenness, or side effects, they did not sound confident; instead, it felt like they were saying there was nothing they could do, so I am just hesitating for now.
