The summer before last, before my nose surgery, I was told that philtrum reduction would not be possible but a C-line would be fine, so I had it done In the end, I don't think it was something worth paying that much for.. Still, it has been maintained to some extent until now.. It is not dramatic, and only I can tell. These days I am looking into philtrum reduction..
