The doctor didn't feel friendly. It was a surgery I wasn't familiar with, and they didn't really explain how it would be done. Since I had protruding ears as a complex, after the surgery they weren't protruding anymore, so that part was fixed, but I don't really like the ear shape and the symmetry isn't great. Still, the post-op care seemed good, with things like lasers and similar treatments
