At first, in Busan, I had my nasal tip raised with septal cartilage, but it was too high, so I had it removed 5 months later. After that, I didn't like the bumpy scar tissue, so 2 years ago I had surgery to remove the scar tissue ㅠ But I can still see scar tissue on a hump that I never had before, so the day before yesterday I went to Seoul for a consultation, and they said they could see a septal perforation .. Ha ㅠㅠ But they said scar-tissue removal and some work on the nasal tip should probably be possible, so I'm thinking about it. Has anyone had surgery with Director Joo Rak-gyun at Ilac? The consultation was really thorough and kind, so I want to get surgery there, but there aren't many reviews .. Oh, and Ilac mentioned ear cartilage + foreign material removal / Mark Plastic Surgery mentioned foreign material removal + alar reduction, so I'm really torn between the two. If anyone has done this, please help ㅠ ㅠ
