I was worried because there were many reviews saying the consultation was blunt and rude, but it was calm and kind. Since I had gone in already knowing a lot, maybe because I asked many detailed questions, it did not feel like they explained everything first, but they answered every question well. The manager barely explained anything, just the pricing. It seems like the result will come out well, and their review aesthetics are the most appealing to me, but I am worried because I saw reviews about nerve damage.
