I visited three years ago, and to start with the conclusion, there was an effect. However, since I visited during a promotion, I was told they would do thread lifting as a service, so I added that. I cannot tell whether the effect came from the thread lifting or the liposuction, but when the thread lifting effect wore off, it definitely sagged. I think doing the thread lifting would help reduce costs.
