Consultation went in the order of chief coordinator - director - chief coordinator. The chief coordinator was extremely kind, and the director was kind too. They were the only place that said a buried double-eyelid revision was possible, so I am thinking about it. For eye fat grafting, it seems like a place I can trust. They also showed me a lot of reviews of eye surgery, which was nice!
