I went there for a double-eyelid consultation, and I remember the doctor being extremely kind and explaining my eyes in detail. I think the consultation fee was very cheap too, and they only pointed out the really necessary parts, so even though I didn't end up having surgery there, I think I was able to roughly figure out what direction to take for the surgery
