I did not visit many places for consultations, but among the places I did go, this one had the longest wait. If you are going, it would be good to leave enough time and prepare yourself mentally first ~ I felt that the director was quite proud of being very knowledgeable about noses, and that came through in the way he spoke. It was not an arrogant tone, but a tone full of confidence! Seeing that kind of attitude naturally builds trust ~ He did shape the nose nicely, but it felt a bit different from what I had in mind, so I am still deliberating. They say the aftercare period here is 1 year.
