I had double-eyelid surgery a few years ago. I visited several clinics in Gwangju, and they all said my eyes could not do a glamorous out-line. Here, too, they said that unless I also did things like lateral canthoplasty, it would not be possible to make it glamorous. I liked that they felt honest. My current line is completely natural, I would say... anyway, it is fine. I like that the fat on my upper lids is gone. When I had it done, they said they would only use local anesthesia, but I am not sure about these days.
