I had alar reduction, hump reduction, and nose surgery without implants, but I do not like the current shape, so I requested a revision surgery. Of course it is better than before the surgery, but I would say it is about 80 percent of the shape I expected... They said revision surgery is possible after one year, so I am currently waiting....
