I had a consultation for chin-underbite surgery. The consultation process itself was the same as at other clinics. They took a CT scan, asked what face shape I wanted, explained how they would perform the surgery, and asked whether I had any questions. They seemed to have a tendency to improve things as much as possible to match the patient's wishes. You should judge for yourself whether that is an advantage or a drawback for you. It seemed like they had a lot of experience reducing the volume of the lower jaw itself. It was not the direction I personally wanted, but apart from that, I would recommend them to people who value detailed and kind explanations.
