Both the coordinator and the doctor were rude, and I could feel that they looked down on the patient for being young. The coordinator was almost speaking casually. And I was puzzled about how he thought he could read the nerve line. The doctor had not even mentioned it, so why was he acting like he could see the nerve line in the eye even though he was not a doctor? He also made rude comments like, "You already look fine. You are not ugly enough to need double-jaw surgery!!! You are already pretty, so you probably even have a boyfriend." I do not think I could trust a place like this to proceed with surgery, so I am removing it from the list.
