There was quite a bit of waiting time compared with the originally scheduled time. When I had a direct consultation face-to-face with the doctor, I liked that they gave a friendly explanation and did not over-treat, but there was no detailed explanation about exactly which procedure would be used and how, so that was a little disappointing. The problem was that the consultation manager pushed very hard about the consultation fee and deposit for the same day, and when I said I wanted to cancel the deposit that day, they cut me off and said it was non-refundable. I was very upset.
