The director was very kind and professional. When I first went for a consultation, the director and staff were kind, so I liked it and booked surgery right away. But the surgery I had to improve my asymmetrical eyes ended up making them even more uneven, and now I look dull and heavy-eyed... It still needs more observation, but I am not very satisfied with the surgery itself. Still, the director is really kind, and aftercare also seems pretty good.
