I really do understand why people criticize this hospital and Director Shim Sangbaek. The director is completely different on the day of surgery compared with during the consultation. I think it is because during the consultation he speaks very directly and honestly, saying plainly when something is not possible, without any embellishment. But during surgery he is the most meticulous and kind person in the world, really It has not even been two weeks since the surgery and I am so satisfied and happy right now. It was my 4th surgery on the right eye and my 3rd on the left, and I think this will be the last double eyelid surgery in my life, so I am incredibly happy. All the problems I expected were improved even more than I had hoped.. I really recognize him as a hidden urban legend. If my child were born without double eyelids and asked me to get them one, I would bring them to Director Shim Sangbaek. Please keep operating for a long, long time, Director. I am truly grateful
