It's my first nose surgery and I'm very timid, so I wanted to only make a small change, but the director looked at me and told me exactly what my condition was. My nose was so small that he said I'd need autologous costal cartilage, and silicone would also be necessary, so my head started spinning. The coordinator saw my condition and didn't push me hard. She even shared her own story and said that just fixing my nose would make me look prettier, which comforted me a little before I went home. I really want to do my nose, but if I do it, it'll be such a huge operation that I'm still scared and deciding whether to go through with it.
