First of all, the director was very kind. Since it is a one-doctor clinic, they seemed very busy. Still, they tried to listen to everything as much as possible. At other places they all said septum alone would be enough, but here they said my nose was too tight and it would probably need rib cartilage. I also thought my nasal tip was low and tight, so if septum alone were used I’d worry about sagging, but it was only here that they said that, so I ended up even more confused about what was right T_T Anyway, the manager was kind too and overall it was fine. I couldn’t decide because of the material.
