I was looking into double chin liposuction, and I liked that the incision was small, and the price was reasonable, so I went through with it. I had it under local anesthesia, and it was bearable and not very painful, but unless you have a lot of fat, it doesn't seem to have a dramatic effect. Since I had surgery fully awake, I could see the whole process, which I liked. That part might be a matter of preference though. The doctor was kind and worked hard, and the desk staff were decent. I also had Shurink and Botox together.
