I consulted because of nose revision surgery. From the consultation manager onward, they were kind and professional, which was good. The doctor clearly separated the parts of my nose that could be improved from the parts that could not, which I also liked. I have not booked surgery yet because of the schedule and because there are parts that cannot be improved, but if I do have surgery, I think I will do it here.
