The explanation with Photoshop made it easy to understand. They seem to have a very conservative approach and say that if something is not really necessary, there is no need to force it. After the consultation, I realized my obsession with my nose was stronger than I thought, so I let it go a bit. I liked that the blog explanations were detailed.
