The director was so kind, and it felt like I had a 40-minute consultation. I asked a lot of questions, and everything was answered well and explained in detail... I only went to one other clinic besides this one for a nose surgery consultation, and they explained things here more kindly and in more detail than there. I was told it wasn't a difficult case, but I'm worried about extending the septum, so I'm still deciding.
