I went for cheekbone consultation and the wait was extremely long. I did not think the manager was particularly kind, just average. The director said it would probably be effective. But when I asked about cheek sagging, they answered kindly because I was a patient, but it felt like they were already so used to talking about cheek sagging with patients that they were a bit tired of it? The gist was that if you are worried even though your cheeks are not sagging, you should decide for yourself. Still, I think they would probably do the surgery well.
